ITINERARY
TRADITIONAL PERUVIAN COOKING CLASS AND LUNCH (3 hours)
Dive into the secrets of Peruvian cooking while cooking delicious, traditional Peruvian dishes being teach by a professional chef, using all natural ingredients.
This experience begins visiting a traditional market, where you will be amazed with the diversity of Peruvian typical fruits such as pitahaya, pepino, chirimoya among others and do not miss the opportunity to taste them all. Afterwards, enjoy a hands-on cooking class at a local restaurant, where you will learn how to cook “causa rellena” and the dish flag of Peru, “ceviche”. Also take advantage and ask as many questions as you can about the history of Peruvian cuisine while cooking and lastly combine your meals with a delicious “Pisco Sour”.

Our chef Luis was there in every step of the way. Not the most fan of cooking but this was super fun to do and actually learn a lot about history and taste this crazy exotic fruits from Peru. We highly recommend the company and specially Luis!
